Celebrating 30 years in the Inspection Industry; and 35 specialty Licenses & Certifications related to Residential and Commercial Building Inspections.

He has personally performed over 10,000 Residential and Commercial Building Inspections across the Country, including U.S. Territories.

Extensive expertise in managing multifaceted projects, ranging Residential and Commercial building Inspections, Environmental, Energy and New Construction methods. Projects include:

• Disaster recovery construction management projects in Puerto Rico, Texas, and Florida.

• 20(k) Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program inspections across the country

• 10(k) Residential Home Inspections per year over 40 Cities and 20 regulated States between 5 national clients with different deliverables.

• Construction monitoring of Residential and Commercial Buildings for Financial Institutions.

He has appeared on local CBS and FOX affiliated News outlets, including the Indianapolis Star for stories related to Residential Construction and Home Inspections.

A Licensed Indiana Home Inspector, and a Certified International Code Council Building Official; with 29 of his additional qualifications coming from the International Code Council.

Highly skilled in needs assessment of the client, quality assurance, managing suppliers/staff, communicating deadlines and completing projects under budget.

Highly creative at developing training programs for REALTORS, Code Officials, Contractors, Home Inspectors, Shareholders and Stakeholders. Holds two Real Estate Instructor Permits from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.

Industry volunteer spending more than 10 years on industry boards (American Society of Home Inspectors, Indiana Chapter of Home Inspectors, Real Estate Academy of Leadership and the National Radon Safety Board). During Tim’s term as President of the Indiana Chapter of ASHI legislation was introduced to License Home Inspectors, and was successfully passed into law in 2005.
